Dr. Ri’Char ri Sancho

Dr. Ri’Cha ri Sancho is the Director of Operations of Sancho Education Group, Inc. She holds a PhD specializing in a Race, Inequality, & Language in education and additional study in Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Sancho combines a message of unity, conscious control, and the coined phrase of “DEI(JAB)” to domestic and global leaders in support of diversity planning efforts. She works to further humanitarian and social equity endeavors as a facilitator of the DEI Certificate Program for Cornell University and a volunteer member of groups committed to promoting peace and cultural understanding.

As an executive board member of the Anderson County Human Relations Council, Sancho joined forces with colleagues to encourage human rights care and solutions for youth and adults to diminish racial and ethnic division.
